Help Spanish-speaking buyers with an English-speaking team

The AI lead manager replies in the buyer's language, in English or Spanish. Your team can read an English lead summary, score reasons and activity timeline while the original conversation stays in the buyer's language. The reverse works too: an English-speaking buyer can talk to the assistant at a Spanish-speaking agency.

Example: Laura writes in Spanish

Example: the buyer's messages remain Spanish. The English summary and timeline explain the lead to the agent; they are not a translated transcript.

What your team does

  1. Choose your panel language

Your team can switch the panel between English and Spanish.

  2. Follow the buyer's needs

Read the summary, score reasons and timeline in English, alongside the original chat.

  3. Take over with context

One tap pauses the assistant so an agent can reply. The agent writes their own message in the conversation.

What it doesn't do

  • Human agents' replies are not automatically translated for them.
  • The buyer's original chat and the agency's own records retain their language.
  • Regional vocabulary is configured for Ecuador and Spain: for example, departamento and piso. This is not a promise of every regional variant.

Questions about this workflow

Will the buyer be forced to write in English?

No. The assistant follows the buyer's language and can continue in Spanish.

Does the English panel translate every chat message?

No. It provides English summaries, activity labels and score reasons. Original buyer and agent messages remain in the language they were written.

What about an English-speaking buyer at a Spanish-speaking agency?

The assistant can reply in English while the agency team uses its Spanish panel. Booking messages and reminders follow the buyer's language.

Does it use the same property vocabulary everywhere?

No. The configured Ecuador vocabulary uses departamento and arriendo; the Spain vocabulary uses piso and alquiler. Your agency's location determines that vocabulary.
